AEI stands out as the leading force in the aluminum extrusion industry across the US. Utilizing the most sophisticated technology and merging it with highly qualified skills and professionals, we are able to broaden your possibilities. We offer a wider range of extrusions than most extruders in the US.
We are proud of our capabilities that we are able to extract out of our three extrusion presses. Our ability to meet even the most complicated and time-sensitive requirements come from our high-end facility equipped with three extrusion presses as follows.
- Hydraulic Watson Stillman Press—1250 tons (up to 7 inch circumscribed circle diameter)
- Hydraulic Watson Stillman Press—1400 tons (up to 7 inch circumscribed circle diameter)
- Wean Aluminum Extrusion Press—2200 tons (up to 8 inch circumscribed circle diameter)
From aluminum window frames to grand stadium seating, there is no job too big, too small, or too challenging for Aluminum Extrusion Industries.
Our Aluminum Extrusion Capabilities Include

7 Inch Billet
8 Inch Billet
Large, Wide or Heavy Wall Profiles
We Take Aluminum Extrusions to the Next Level
We extrude the standard 6063 and 6005 alloy series, most commonly used in industrial applications. The sawing capabilities range from six feet to 25 feet, which holds aluminum standard cutting tolerances. However, we can also hold specified cutting tolerances down to plus or minus 1/16. For a reasonable fabrication charge, we can cut from 1 foot to 5 feet and 11 inches
Over the years, AEI has managed to establish a strong reputation through the quality it delivers. However, one more thing that sets us apart from our competitors is our capability to extrude 6-inch billet. Along with the 7 and 8 inch billets, a 6 inch is not as common. It allows for smaller, more intricate extrusions.
What It Means for Our Clients
Our diverse range of capabilities allows us to produce aluminum extrusions for various industries, even the ones who were previously unable to benefit from aluminum. We offer custom and stock dies, so no matter how intricate of complicated your project we can help. Along with custom extrusions, we are also capable of producing aluminum tubing, square tubing, aluminum channel and aluminum angle.
Aluminum has significant advantages over other material used in manufacturing. It is a lightweight, non-magnetic, nontoxic, and non-combustible material. The extrusion process cost less time and money than other traditional metal work.
